Welcome to Defiance
Defiance is an end game progression guild and doing whatever it takes to get to the top and doing it on our own time. Players that have reached level 85 need content and focus and we try to provide that focus by raiding as all of our schedule permit. Players must to be able to raid 3 times a week. In the event you can’t raid, all we ask is that you communicate this with us so that we can make sure we have another to take your place. We are here to help when needed and strive to be one of the best Horde guilds on this server. Maturity is important in this guild, I require it and so do our members so if you don’t know how to act correct then don’t expect to stay here long.
We raid Mon Tuesday through Thursday from 8:30 server time until raid close out. We employ a 5 attempt rule and then we change things up. If the wipes are due to new content we may stay longer, but my take is that if we are unable to complete our goals in 5 attempts then its probably unlikely that the group is able to meet the objective thus necessitating a change in composition.
Please make sure you have ventrilo, omen, & deadly boss mobs
Applicants should understand that we are a raiding guild, this means we expect our members to show up to raids with the required potions and with the desire to learn the encounter. You need to be on time for raids, its that simple. We don’t burn you out so we need everyone to show up on time and a few minutes early when possible
Loot:
We base all loot decisions on class items first, then guild participation. We then ask all raiders present in the raid if they feel right choice has been made.
